The extraordinary pellet and multi-fuel boilers with perfect combustion with minimum consumption

Pellet and multi-fuel boiler with extraordinary performance. Designed to be functional in every detail, from ignition to consumption to cleaning. Compact and versatile; it easily adapts to any type of user requirement. Able to burn any type of multi-fuel such as pomace peanuts, almond shells or very poor quality pellets, always generating optimal combustion. In fact, the burner is provided with a removable ring which is removed in case of difficult fuels to burn. In this way the surface of the burner is wider with additional holes for combustion. Therefore, the entry of more combustion air allows for optimal combustion.

Innovative ignitions for difficult fuel primers

Generally, ignition difficulties vary according to the fuel used but, thanks to advanced technology, Famar eliminates this type of inconvenience by managing the first ignitions with a dedicated igniter, equipped with a special brushless blower which directs the forced hot air produced by the igniter directly onto the fuel.

In subsequent ignitions, a dedicated software processes an increase in the flue gas temperature, interrupting the ignition phase in the event of a flame. This allows you to save on running costs (less fuel and electricity while avoiding wear on the igniter itself).

A system of mechanical and electronic safety guarantees the "total safety of the system".

Geysir "burns" vegetable biomass of any type with an innovative bottom loading system

The large tank is connected to the circular cast iron burner by means of a double-stage auger plus rotary valve . The advanced bottom loading technology therefore allows you to take advantage of multiple advantages:
• lack of cleaning of the burner;
 clean white flame and always with the right amount of oxygen;

 reduction of fuel used since the boiler when
it goes into stand-by, for new restarts it does not use anything else
combustible, but takes advantage of the ember effect to restart;
 possibility of using pellets and biomass of any type and quality .

Since the burner is also equipped with removable ring , once removed, can burn even the most difficult fuels as the surface of the same is wider with additional holes for combustion.

Self-cleaning

The Geysir boiler boasts an automatic cleaning system for the fumes exchanger , which can be calibrated at specific intervals according to the customer's needs and the type of fuel used. The cleaning of the combustion chamber only concerns the periodic emptying of the ash pan.

Operation system

The multi-fuel contained in the tank arrives on the lower auger after jumping from the upper auger (between the two augers there is a rotary valve to prevent backfires in the pellet hopper) and is brought, with loading from below, into the burner inside the combustion chamber. In the 1st ignition phase, the ignition system starts combustion assisted by the inlet of primary combustion air.

The fumes coming from the combustion through the forced aspiration are forced to pass through the ducts of the heat exchanger equipped with turbulators and scrapers releasing as much heat as possible with reduction of the temperature of the outgoing fumes and of the fine dust and carbon residues.

In subsequent ignitions, a special system for detecting the temperatures of the combustion chamber and of the burner avoids the use of the igniter by using the flame memory effect present. A system of mechanical and electronic safety guarantees the “total system safety” in a fully automatic and modulating way.

Once the set operating or equilibrium temperature has been reached, the system switches off and remains in the standby position, guaranteeing re-ignition and power supply to both the system and the domestic hot water at all times. An automatic or manual cleaning system of the exchanger adjustable to the use and consumption of the end user allows periodic cleaning of the surfaces with recovery of the residues in the ash collection drawer. The entire boiler body and combustion chamber is insulated with highly insulating panels 40/50 mm thick.

Geysir 34 and 46.5 kW heat exchanger

The flue gas exchanger of the Geysir 34 and 46 kW boilers consists of circular ducts of suitable section and width, inside which structures containing AISI 316 stainless steel turbulators and scrapers are housed.

The scrapers, with regular movements and intervals at will, ensure periodic cleaning of these ducts.

The turbulators increase the heat exchange surfaces with considerable heat recovery and reduction of unburnt products and carbon residues.
