Estimated delivery times: delivery times are between 7 and 20 working days depending on the period for deliveries on Italian national soil, for deliveries to foreign countries add an additional 5/7 working days. • Delivery always takes place on the ground floor;
• The courier is not required to bring the goods home;
• The courier is not obliged to give telephone notice;
• In the event that the packaging shows obvious signs of damage or tampering, it is mandatory to report the fact to the courier and make sure that the damage is noted on the delivery note, otherwise refunds for damage will not be recognized
• Always sign the courier's receipt adding a reserve clause, otherwise refunds will not be recognized in case of damaged goods.
• The goods travel with standard insurance of € 1.00 (one/00) per kilo, it is possible upon customer request to integrate the shipping costs with total value insurance (insert request in the order notes), at following rates:

Section 3: METHOD OF DELIVERY (detailed)

• 3.1 FRAIM SRL will deliver to the customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner provided for in the previous article, by courier; with the basic transport the goods travel insured for a maximum of € 1.00 (one/00), per kilo unless otherwise indicated.
• 3.2 The goods purchased will be delivered within the terms established by art. 6 Legislative Decree 206/05. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. In detail: check the availability of stock, FRAIM srl will immediately process the order, to the address indicated on the form. For some products, it may take a few additional days for availability. Unless otherwise indicated, the normal delivery times for the Italian territory, once the shipment has taken place, i.e. after having been entrusted to the express courier, provide for the shipment of the goods within 24/48 hours (weekends and public holidays should not be considered ). In particular cases, and if you live in the islands or in a peripheral area, delivery times may extend up to 72/96 hours. You will receive an email upon shipment. From that moment we invite you to be available at the delivery address in the following 24/48 hours. For foreign countries, delivery times vary according to the destination area, starting from a minimum of 3/5 working days from the time of shipment.
• 3.3 The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed; only after this verification, and obviously subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in point n. 8 the customer will have to sign the delivery documents.
• 3.4 Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days via pec, or registered mail, to FRAIM srl. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by pec or registered mail. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. IN NO EVENT WILL REFUNDS BE MADE IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT SIGN THE COURIER'S DELIVERY NOTE WITH THE FORMULA "WITH SUBJECT TO CONTROL" EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ENTERED INTO A SHIPPING INSURANCE CONTRACT.
• 3.5 Home delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place on the ground floor and during office hours: from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
• 3.6 The customer is required to be available at the times described in point 3.4, in order to avoid any additional charges for non-delivery by the express courier, charges which otherwise will be charged to the customer.
• 3.7 FRAIM srl is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the products purchased.

Art. 4: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

• 4.1 The customer can only purchase the products currently present in the FRAIM srl electronic catalog visible online at the address (URL) www.fraim.it. Should the request formulated through an online order exceed the quantity available for a given item, FRAIM srl will accept the purchase limited to what is actually available in its virtual warehouse. It will be the responsibility of the FRAIM srl Customer Service to inform the customer (by telephone or e-mail) whether or not the ordered products will be available in the future
